• The exact course of treatment depends on the individual case, but you should allow approximately 40–60 minutes for each appointment.
• The initial appointment begins with a detailed case history. The aim is to gain a comprehensive understanding of you and your current complaints, as well as your medical history and general life situation. This information often provides clues regarding the underlying cause of your current symptoms. The case history is followed by a thorough head-to-toe physical examination.
• Based on the findings, we will work together to develop a treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs. I also aim to explain the details to help you gain a better understanding of your body and its mechanisms. Finally, we will discuss the next steps, including the number and frequency of any follow-up appointments.

• An osteopathic treatment costs approximately 110€ - 120€. Costs may vary slightly depending on billing according to the GebüH (Gebührenordnung für Heilpraktiker); therefore, quoting fixed prices is not permitted. Payment is generally made on-site immediately after the session via debit or credit card. Please note that I do not accept cash payments.
• Osteopathic treatments are private services. However, some statutory health insurance providers offer partial reimbursement. For patients with private or supplementary insurance, the GebüH fee schedule applies. It is generally advisable to contact your insurance provider beforehand to clarify the extent of coverage.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, I reserve the right to charge for the appointment and ask for your understanding in this matter.

• Direct skin contact is beneficial for the examination and many treatment techniques. High collars, long sleeves, and stiff trousers can significantly limit the quality of the examination; loose-fitting sportswear or underwear in which you feel comfortable is more suitable. 
• If you already have medical reports or test results related to your condition, please feel free to bring them along.
• For the treatment of infants, both the child's health record booklet (U-Heft) and the maternity pass (Mutterpass) can provide valuable information.

• There are no dedicated practice parking spaces available at either location.
• For appointments at Osteopathie im Alstertal there are free parking spaces on the street (including those that require a parking disc for up to two hours).
